If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
In certain cases, monthly payments may be the payment plan of choice. We will be happy to arrange for this so that you may have the quality dental work that is necessary. VISA/MasterCard and American Express accepted.
We also offer Senior Citizen and cash discounts.
Our staff will assist you in the preparation and filing of your dental insurance claim, either by filing them for you directly or by providing the information which your insurance company requires so that you may file them yourself.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 2 business days notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
